Relief in Metal

Chasing and Repousse are ancient decorative metal working techniques; chasing referring to working the front of the metal, repousse, the back or underside. Used together, they utilize the plasticity of the metal to form various degrees of highly detailed relief. Additionally, students work  demonstration, handle design problems, and refine and finish their work. Beginner/Intermediate
